Magento 2 SMTP Extension Overview
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is a push protocol and is used to send a message to the mail server, and the mail server uses SMTP to relay that message to the correct receiving mail server. We have tried a couple of free extensions first from Github and nothing quite worked.
