Managing Catalog Price Rules
Catalog Price Rules Export
In order to perform mass-export of Magento Catalog Price Rules from the grid, follow the instructions below.
Detailed description:
- Go to “Promotions” tab in the main menu.
- Choose “Catalog Price Rules” section.
- Select the required rules to be exported.
- Navigate to “Actions” drop-down.
- Select “Export” option to export the rules.
In order to export or duplicate any specific Catalog Price Rule with our Promotions plugin, go to Edit Page of the selected Catalog Price Rule.
Detailed description:
- Select “Export” option in order to export this rule into the *.json file and import it into the same or different Magento instance for your future needs.
- Choose “Duplicate” option in order to quickly create new promotions based on current preset rule at your Magento store.
Catalog Price Rules Import
Use this option in order to mass-import Magento Catalog Price Rules.
Detailed description:
- Go to “Promotions” tab in the main menu.
- Choose “Catalog Price Rules” section.
- Press “Import Rules” button.
Update Status or Delete Catalog Price Rules
Use the following options in order to mass-update status or delete Magento Catalog Price Rules.

- Select the required rules to be able to change the status or delete them.
- Navigate to “Actions” drop-down.

- Choose “Shopping Cart Price Rules” section.
- Select “View Price Rules” option.
- Select the required rules to be exported.
- Navigate to “Actions” drop-down menu and select “Export” option in order to export the rules.
