Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information Page

The CPRA extension gives consumers full control over the use of their personal information, which they can exercise on the "Do Not Sell or Share My Info" page.
This page is automatically added to the website footer and allows users to submit a “Do not sell or share my personal information” request.
Right from the Magento backend, store admins can edit the page content, enable or disable the page, as well as view and export a full history of requests.

Download Consumer Personal Information

All logged-in and guest users can access all their personal data that has been collected and download it in a Spreadsheet (Excel, CSV) file format, which can be further transferred to another entity.
Downloading customer personal information requires access to a store account or, in the case of guests, an email address, which is a password-protected process ("verifiable consumer request" under the CPRA).
Integrate with other extensions or third-party apps with which you share user data to provide customers with a complete set of data processed by your website, as required by the law.
Admin can keep track of all download requests from the Magento backend.

Correct User Personal Information

All users can change their personal information (if inaccurate) directly from the Data Privacy Center dashboard.
Registered users can either submit a request or manually correct errors in the Account Information or Address Book sections.
When submitted, the correction request is sent to the email address specified in the backend.

Permanently Delete Customer Accounts

Users have the right to request that all their personal information be permanently removed from your store. Accounts will be deleted within 24 hours of the request.
Additionally, you can integrate with other extensions or third-party apps you share data with to delete or anonymize customer information across all services, as required by CPRA.
Submitted account removal requests can be canceled by both administrators (from the backend) and users (by re-logging into the account).
Merchants can view a full log of account removal requests from the Magento backend.

- Account Data Download
  - Consumers can download their account data as per Section 1 of the CPRA – “The "Right To Access" Personal Information in Portable Format. The data will be provided in both human-readable and machine-readable formats (Excel, CSV). Customers can later transfer their personal data to another service (eCommerce store or another location).
- Account Data Removal
  - Users can request to remove their personal data from your store. Section 2 of CPRA - the "Right To Delete" Personal Information allows them to do so. Within 24 hours, all personal data will be automatically deleted and anonymized.
  - Customers can cancel data removal requests when they sign in to their account within 24 hours after the data removal request was submitted. Administrators can do the same from the Magento backend.
  - CPRA plugin will prevent customers with pending orders from deleting their accounts until all orders are completed or canceled.
  - All account removal requests and data download requests are password-protected to ensure the security of customer accounts.
- Do Not Sell My Personal Information
  - Consumers can submit a request to prevent merchants from selling or sharing their personal information. This CPRA feature allows both guest users and registered customers to submit this form on a separate page. Customers can access this form at any time from the Privacy Center Dashboard and change their preferences.
- Cookie Consent Notice
  - With the CPRA Cookie Consent Banner enabled, customers can choose whether to allow usage of all non-essential cookies. All essential cookies required for the proper functioning of the Magento 2 store will continue to work.
- CCPA Consent & Opt-In
  - Customers can provide consent to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, or any other policy on the account registration page, checkout page, contact us page, and newsletter subscription pages.
- Popup and Email Notifications
  - Customers can be notified about any policy update via popup notification.

- Account Data Download
  - The following data can be downloaded from the Customer Account in CSV file format - customer information, addresses, full order history, reviews, price and stock alerts, products in the cart, wishlist, compared products, etc.
  - Additional information can be exported from Magento using the provided API. Follow our developer’s guide if you need to include customer data from your third-party extensions in the downloadable ZIP archive.
  - Admin can track all account download requests via “Log of Account Data Downloads” in Magento Admin.
- Account Data Removal
  - Magento order history will be anonymized and kept in the database as “Guest Orders” for accounting purposes
  - By default, the CPRA extension will delete all personal data and anonymize Magento Orders. However, the provided CPRA API allows you to change default settings and anonymize all customer data instead of deleting it.
  - Admin can cancel all pending data removal requests directly from the “Log of Account Removal Requests”.
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
  - Merchants can view a full history of customer activity on “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” on the “CPRA Action Log” page. This page displays the time and date when users allowed or denied selling or sharing their personal information.
  - Merchants can view and download the list of unique opt-out requests at “Customer Opt-out List”. The list of users who denied the sale or sharing of their personal information can be exported in CSV file format.
- Cookie Consent Notice
  - Cookie Notice functionality is based on Plumrocket Cookie Consent Extension for Magento 2.
  - Cookie functionality allows enabling cookies only after the customer consent is given.
  - Your visitors can manage cookie consent categories and view all listed cookies in the cookie settings panel.
- CPRA Consent & Opt-In
  - Plumrocket CPRA extension allows admin to add custom consent checkboxes in multiple locations on the Magento frontend and track all customer consents via “Log of Customer Consents” in the Magento backend.

Only reason for a 4 star the price as always is a bit much with them.
Only complaint about plum rocket is they seem lazy on maintaining extensions any times you will buy it and is out dated and needs fixing on their end, they do get it fixed within 3 or so days but instead of maintaining them they wait for clients to raise an issue.
