Yes, we include 12 months of tech support with every purchase of paid extensions. Also, when adding a product to your shopping cart, you can buy an additional 12 months of your Updates & Support period with a 20% discount.

Please note that support is not included with free extensions. However, it is available for purchase when adding a product to your shopping cart or from the My Downloads page after purchase.

You can contact our Technical Support by submitting a ticket to our Help Desk from Monday to Friday, 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. CEST. Our Plumrocket team will be glad to assist you.

Additionally, you can purchase our on-demand web development service and monthly maintenance service. This way, you will be able to deal with different sorts of issues that might occur when running an eCommerce site.

Please note that tech support does not include:

  • Extension installation and configuration
  • Third-party integrations and compatibility fixes
