How to Import Product Reviews in Magento 2

- Select the Add/Update Complex Data option of the Import Behavior.

- Specify the Allowed Errors Count. Once the error limit is reached during the import process, it will be stopped.

- Insert the Field separator to define the character that separates different fields (columns) in the imported CSV file.
- Specify the Multiple value separator to define the character that separates multiple values within a single field (cell) in the imported CSV file.
- Specify the Empty attribute value constant to define a placeholder value that tells Magento to clear an attribute value during import.
- Check the Fields enclosure to ensure the incorrect symbols are enclosed during the import.
- Select File to Import.
- Specify the Images File Directory to specify the folder where Magento should look for image files when importing the images.
- Press the Check Data button.

How to Export Product Reviews in Magento 2
To export reviews, in the Magento 2 admin panel, go to System -> Data Transfer -> Export.

- In the Entity Type field, choose the Plumrocket Advanced Reviews option.
- Check the Fields Enclosure to ensure the incorrect symbols are enclosed during the export.

- Press the Continue button.
You will receive a message that the export was added to the queue. After the cron runs, your reviews will be exported.
