Configuring Shop by Brand Extension<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Magento Shop by Brand Extension allows you to add information about the designer of the brand to any magento category (boutique in private sales stores).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to access the shop by brand module settings, follow the instructions below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step-by-Step action:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Press the “Plumrocket” tab in the menu.<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Select “Shop by Brand”.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Step-by-Step action:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select “Shop by Brand” in the left menu.<\/strong><\/li>
    2. Option “Enable Extension”: Set “Yes” to enable the extension or “No” to disable it.<\/strong><\/li>
    3. Option “Serial Key”:<\/strong> enter unique serial key provided after the purchase for legitimate and proper functioning of your extension. Note:<\/strong> In most cases this field will be pre-filled with serial key automatically and the green check mark will be displayed. Otherwise please read article Serial Key Activation<\/a><\/strong> in order to find and paste your serial key manually.<\/li>
    4. Press the button “Save Config” to save the settings.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Brand List Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Press the “Plumrocket” tab in the menu.<\/strong><\/li>
      2. Select “Shop by Brand”.<\/strong><\/li>
      3. Select “Manage Brand List”.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Select the brand designer you want to edit from the list and press the “Add Brand” button. This will let you add information about the new designer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. Press here to add information about the new designer.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

          Depending on your choice you will be directed to the page allowing either to edit or create text about a designer. You can see all features of the editing page in the screenshot below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Option “Brand Name”:<\/strong> allows you to enter the name of the brand.<\/li>
          2. Option “Brand Description”:<\/strong> allows you to add information about the designer or brand.<\/li>
          3. Option “Brand URL”:<\/strong> allows you to enter the designer’s site URL.<\/li>
          4. Option “Image”:<\/strong> allows you to select the image that will be displayed next to the information about the designer or brand. Recommended size of image: 113px*113px.<\/li>
          5. Option “Delete Image”:<\/strong> allows you to delete the current image.<\/li>
          6. Press “Save Brand” to save the changes.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
