In this article you will learn how to find your Live \/ Hotmail \/ MSN \/ Outlook API in order to setup the Microsoft address book functionality for Invitations extension. Please follow the step-by step instructions below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to https:\/\/account.live.com\/developers\/applications\/index<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Click on “Create application” to start creating your application.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Indicate the name of the application.<\/strong><\/li>
    2. Select the language.<\/strong><\/li>

        1. On API Settings page set “Mobile or desktop client app” to “Yes”.<\/strong><\/li>
        2. Set “Target domain” to be your live domain.<\/strong><\/li>
        3. Set option “Restrict JWT issuing” to “Yes”.<\/strong><\/li>
        4. “Root domain” field will be populated automatically.<\/strong><\/li>
        5. Indicate “Redirect URLs”. To find it, go to your Magento admin panel-> Plumrocket-> Invitations-> Manage Address Books-> select “Hotmail, Outlook”>locate Redirect URLs. Note: Once you indicate this URL – “Root domain” field will be filled automatically.<\/strong><\/li>
        6. Save your settings.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

          1. On App Settings you can find “Client ID” of your Live application.<\/strong><\/li>
