After you have configured the Magento 2 Order Tracking Free<\/a> extension, it is recommended that you test it to make sure that everything was set up correctly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1. Create a Test Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First, create a test order at your store and follow the next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2. Create a New Shipment & Provide a Tracking Number<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step-by-step guide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In your Magento 2 admin panel, please go to your test order\u2019s view page by clicking Sales <\/strong>> Orders<\/strong>, and selecting the test order in the grid.<\/li>
  2. Then, click “Ship<\/strong>” to mark your test order as shipped.<\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. On the New Shipment page, scroll down to the Shipping Information section and click Add Tracking Number<\/strong>.<\/li>
    2. Select the Carrier<\/strong> you registered the shipment with.<\/li>
    3. Change the Title<\/strong> of the shipment if you wish.<\/li>
    4. Insert the Tracking Number<\/strong> provided by the Carrier you made a shipment with, and click Submit Shipment<\/strong> on the bottom of the page.<\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      At this point, you can create a test shipment with the Shipping Carrier supported by the extension using the test tracking numbers. You can get them from the carriers or use the following test numbers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
