If you ancounter any issues while using Magento 2 Store Credit Extension<\/a>, please read this troubleshooting article to find a solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Issue #1: “Please enter positive number in this field” Refund Totals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the Magento 2.4.3 version, you may face an issue when creating a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When creating a refund, you go to Sales<\/strong> > Operations -> Orders<\/strong> > Select an Order > Invoice<\/strong> > View Invoice<\/strong> > Credit Memo<\/strong>. In the Refund Totals<\/strong> section, you specify Refund Shipping<\/em>, Adjustment Refund<\/em>, and Adjustment Fee<\/em> prices, and press the Refund Offline<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is where the issue occurs. You may see the Please enter positive number in this field<\/code> error message that prevents you from creating a refund. At this point, Magneto failed to validate theRefund Totals fields due to the “$” sign in front of the price. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
