When navigating to the Magento AMP Product page, users may see a whole webpage or extra blocks loaded inside AMP Iframe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Here is an example of this issue on Magento 2 AMP<\/a> page frontend:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Issue Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The issue happens when third-party extensions or themes modify the product page layout and thus add additional content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Go to your AMP Product page and open Iframe source in a new window:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Enable template path hints<\/a>\u00a0and find Magento blocks you want to delete in Iframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Go to your theme folder and create the following file:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Remove the extra blocks you found in step 2 using\u00a0layout instructions<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Clear the\u00a0Magento cache<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 6<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
