Welcome to our Magento extension updates! We at Plumrocket have been working tirelessly on creating new versions of our Magento 2 extensions, so without any further delay, let’s get straight into the details.
In October, we released a total of 11 updated extensions. One of the biggest news is that the LGPD, CCPA, and GDPR extensions no longer support the Magento 2.2.x version.
It’s also worth mentioning that the Magento 2 Popup Login Extension was integrated with the Data Privacy module. All sellers can now request customer consent to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, etc. during account registration.
At the request of our customers, we have also added a new feature to the Magento 2 Cart Reservation Extension. The purpose of the extension is to allow shoppers to temporarily reserve products added to their carts so that they are not available to other shoppers. However, now you can set a different amount of time for product reservation depending on the customer group!
Additionally, some minor changes were made to the Magento 2 Cookie Consent extension, and the GeoIP Lookup Magento 2 plugin received an updated IpToCounty database that will provide you with the always relevant customer location.
