Magento Extensions Monthly Updates – July 2020
Hi Everyone! We are excited to share with you our biggest monthly updates ever! Last month we have updated 16 Magento 2 extensions and 3 Magento 1 extensions.
Some of the most significant updates received GDPR & CCPA Extension for Magento 2. This module was renamed to Data Privacy extension, added new features, fixed multiple issues, separated CCPA functionality into an independent module, and finally, created a brand new module – Magento 2 Cookie Consent Extension. The Cookie Consent Extension is bundled in GDPR & CCPA Magento 2 package, but soon should be available at our store to purchase as a separate product. The new module features cookie categories, cookie settings panel, ability to manage all cookies, configure the design of cookie consent banner, and a lot more.
Advanced Reviews & Reminders Extension for Magento 2 now offers two Review Widgets. Use widgets to showcase customer reviews across your store and boost sales. Display reviews in any location of your choice: Homepage, Category Page, Product Page, CMS Page, and Shopping Cart.
Clients who purchased our Social Login Pro Extension can enable Google One-tap Sign-up feature. With this feature, customers can login at your store in just one click on mobile or any other device. We also added support of the latest Instagram API and fixed some issues reported by our clients. By the way, did you know that our extension supports Sign in with Apple at no additional cost to you? Make sure to check it out too!
Our clients who are still using Magento 1 platform, will benefit from a couple of latest updates to Plumrocket Magento 1 modules. In Magento 1 GDPR & CCPA Extension we added a new feature that allows you to log Consents of guest visitors and more.

Added a widget that allows displaying reviews automatically using options and conditions. For example, show reviews from the current category only, set minimum review rating, select reviews based on product attributes, and so on.
Added a widget that allows displaying only manually selected reviews.
Added the ability to specify the format of meta title and meta description for a separate review page.
Changed the implementation of the code that is responsible for the ‘reviews’ tab. You can now specify the CSS selector of the review tab to ensure the module compatibility with all Magento themes.
Fixed issue with “Show Social Share Buttons“ configuration. Share buttons are not displayed when this option is disabled.
